Fresh figs are definetely one of my favorite fruits. Every year I expect that figs hit the grocery store shelves. Unfortunately there season is short so I want you try this delicious tartine recipe before it is too late. Juicy and sweet figs go well with liver pate which have a little peculiar flavor. And a little bit of honey bring out the taste. Simple, delicious, and a perfect way to use seasonal fresh figs! Hope you like them!








Fig, Liver Pate and Honey Ttartine
•Ingredients
4 slices crusty french bread
4 figs, sliced
4tbsp liver pate (homemade or store bought)
4tsp honey
black pepper, to taste
•Instructions
1.Slice the bread, and lightly toast it.
2.Spread each slices bread with liver pate.
3.Place sliced figs on top.
4.Dizzle honey over the tartines and top with black pepper. Enjoy!
•材料
カンパーニュやフランスパン 4枚
いちじく 4つ
レバーパテ 大さじ4
はちみつ 小さじ4
ブラックペッパー
•作り方
1.パンを薄くスライスし軽くトーストする。
2.レバーパテをパンに薄く塗り広げ、スライスしたいちじくを並べる。
3.はちみつをかけ、ブラックペッパーを振ったら完成。
•NOTE
ハード系のパンがオススメです。
