Kiwi Apple and Prosciutto Salad

I spent a week in Tokyo last month, where I ate a lot and had a really fun time! If you follow me on Instagram or read my last post on the blog, you may have noticed. It was so great time. BUT I put on a weight! It' so serious problem for me because I'm going to trip to Tropical island next month! I really have to lose weight so I'm trying to avoid gluten and take more fresh fruits, vegetables and protein positively. So today I have a recipe that is simple, delicious and healthy. This is the perfect salad option for the summer!

Kiwi Apple and Prosciutto Salad

•Ingredients

Salad

1 kiwi, thinly sliced

1/4 Apple, thinly sliced

3 slices prosciutto

2 handfuls of fresh spinach & lettuce mix

Parmesan cheese

Dressing

1tbs olive oil

1tbs lemon juice

1/2tbs vineger

1/2tbs honey

black pepper, to taste

•Instructions

1.Place 2 handfuls of spinach and lettuce mix, kiwi, apple, prosciutto and fresh ground parmesan cheese.

2.To make the dressing, combine all of the ingredients until combined.

3.Pour the dressing over the salad.

4.Serve immediately, enjoy!

•材料

キウイ  1こ

りんご  1/4こ

生ハム  3枚

ベビーリーフ  1袋

パルメザンチーズ

ドレッシング

オリーブオイル  大さじ1

レモン汁  大さじ1

白ワインビネガー  大さじ1/2

はちみつ  大さじ1/2

ブラックペッパー

•作り方

1.キウイ、りんごは薄切りにする。

2.お皿にベビーリーフ、キウイ、りんご、生ハム、薄く削ったパルメザンチーズを盛り付ける。

3.ドレッシングの材料を全て混ぜ合わせる。

4.ドレッシングをサラダにかけて完成

•NOTE

ナッツ類をトッピングしてもOK
