French-Style Scrambled Eggs

French-style scrambled eggs are so creamy and taste richer than American style's one although it's made with same ingredients. The secret to make golden, super-creamy and soft scrambled eggs is "cooking low and slow over hot water"

French-style Scrambled Eggs

•Ingredients serve:1

2 eggs

1 tbs butter

2 tbs milk or cream

salt

pepper

some sliced bread

•Instructions

1.Heat water in a pan or double boiler until just simmering, not boiling.

2.In the meantime, crack eggs into a bowl, add milk or cream, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix well with a folk.

3.Place the stainless bowl or top of the double boiler over hot water and stir it slowly and gently with a spatula until creamy and thick over a low heat.

4.Last add in butter and melt.

5.Serve with toasted bread and enjoy!

•材料

たまご  2こ

バター  大さじ1

牛乳(またな生クリーム)  大さじ2

塩・胡椒

•作り方

1.鍋に湯を沸かす。

2.沸かしている間にたまごをボウルに割り入れ、牛乳(または生クリーム)、塩・胡椒を少々加えてよく混ぜる。

3.ボウルを弱火で湯煎にかけ、ヘラでゆっくりとたまごが固まってくるまでかき混ぜる。

4.最後にバターを加えて溶かす。

5.器に盛り付けパンを添えたら出来上がり。
