Peanut Butter & Banana Ice cream

SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM!!! Rainy season has started in Japan since last week so we've been having humid and muggy weather. I'm fed up with this wet weather.This creamy and smooth ice cream is a simple and healthy treat idea for summer. It's made with just 3 simple ingredients and incredibly easy to make without an ice-cream maker!

Peanut Butter & banana ice cream

•Ingredient

3 bananas

2 tbs peanut butter

100cc soy milk

•Instructions

1.Peel and slice bananas and put in a freezer bag. Place in freezer until frozen.

2.Put bananas and peanut butter into a food processor and blend.

3.Add in soy milk and blend once more until smooth.

4.Store in freezer or serve immediately. Enjoy!

•材料

バナナ  3本

ピーナッツバター  大さじ2

豆乳  100cc

•作り方

1.バナナの皮をむいてスライスしフリーザーバッグに入れ冷凍庫で凍らせる。

2.バナナとピーナッツバターをフードプロセッサー(またはミキサー)に入れ混ぜる

3.豆乳を加えてもう一度滑らかになるまで混ぜる。

4.容器に移して冷凍庫でもう一度凍らせるか溶けないうちにすぐに食べる!
