Salmon Poke Bowl with Sweet and Spicy Korean Sauce

I'm seriously fed up with the humid and damn hot weather these days. When I don't even want to cook but I'm hungry, I often make a fresh, yummy and healthy poke bowl. Salmon Poke is probably the easiest fish dish to make, as you don’t have to cook anything. You just mix all the ingredients, place over rice and eat. So today I share with you guys the recipe which is perfect for days when you don't want to use a heat!

Salmon Poke Bowl with Sweet and Spicy Korean Sauce serves:2

•Ingredients

7oz salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes

Korean Sauce

1tbs gochujang

1tbs soy sauce

1tbs honey

2tbs mayonnaise

1ts ground garlic

1tbs ground toasted sesame seeds

To serve

Cooked white rice or brown rice

Slice abocado

Toasted black sesame seeds

finely chopped green onions

•Instructions

1.Whisk together the sauce ingredients until completely combined.

2.Combine the sauce and salmon in a bowl

3.Place hot rice in a bowl and place salmon and avocado. Top with green onions and toasted black sesame seeds. Enjoy!

•材料 二人前

サーモン  200g~300g

コリアンソース

コチュジャン  大さじ1

醤油  大さじ1

はちみつ  大さじ1/2~1

マヨネーズ  大さじ2

おろしニンニク  小さじ1

すり白胡麻  大さじ1

白米or玄米 2杯分

青ネギ

黒ごま

アボカドスライス 

•作り方

1.コリアンソースの材料を全て混ぜ合わせる。

2.ダイス状に切ったサーモンとソースを和える。

3.ご飯の上にサーモンとアボカドスライスをのせ、黒ごまとネギを散らしたら完成。

•NOTE

 はちみつはそれぞれ甘さが異なるので味見して調整してください。
